**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth office operations.
- Oversee the GCC Nursing licensing procedure, Canada PR, documentation, SOP, visa process, billing, and customer service-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of various reports and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
- Assist in organizing company events and gatherings.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in GCC Nursing licensing procedure, Canada PR, Documentation, Visa process, and billing.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Patience and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
