We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Sales Associate** to join our growing team

**Job description**

We are looking out for young, energetic & dynamic individuals at our Head office, at Viman nagar, Pune who aspire to make a career in the Sales domain & prospour their career with high pay in the sales department.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to confidently present and promote our services.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and gather customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline; Master’s degree with Marketing specialization preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Logistics Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

**Pay Scale**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000.00 per month
- Day shift

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
