**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Industrial Land Sales

**Location**: Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience** :2-5 years of proven experience

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients (manufacturing units, logistics companies, developers, etc.) for industrial land parcels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable land options.
- Manage end-to-end sales process including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and closures.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customers with regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders such as brokers, government agencies, industrial associations, etc.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, expos, and industry events for lead generation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the industrial, logistics or warehousing sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of land laws, documentation, and due diligence process (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary with attractive performance-linked incentives. 50K base Minimum.
- Travel allowance and other benefits as per company policy.
