**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive

**Qualifications**: MBA(Marketing), BBA(Marketing)

**Experience**:1 to 2 Years

**Location**:Pune, Viman Nagar

**Responsibilities**:
1. Tele-Calling and Communication:

- Conduct tele-calling activities to connect with potential clients and provide information on our real estate offerings.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective clients, answer queries, and gather necessary client information.

2. Target Achievement:

- Work on the targets set by the Team Leader, demonstrating commitment to meet and exceed expectations.
- Track progress on targets and consistently work toward achieving set sales goals.

3. Data Management and Excel Proficiency:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads using Excel.
- Perform data analysis and reporting as required by the team leader.

4. Real Estate Expertise:

- Leverage prior real estate experience to understand client needs, property specifications, and industry trends.
- Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of tele-calling experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Ability to work under targets and achieve sales goals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
