**Job Description: Key Account Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**:

- Assist the Senior Key Account Manager in managing client relationships.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients to address queries and provide updates.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of client concerns.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Help in the execution of client deliverables, ensuring they meet quality and deadline requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and strategy, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and project documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Compile data for client performance reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and objectives.
- **Growth Opportunities**:

- Take initiative in learning about client industries and market trends.
- Proactively suggest ideas or improvements to enhance client satisfaction and project success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination (internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management tools and CRMs (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- A collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in digital marketing, content management, or any client-facing role is an advantage.
