**Responsibilities**:
**1. IT Business Operations:

- **
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services and AI SaaS product teams, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with client needs and marketdemands.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and drive continuous improvementinitiatives.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and ensurequality service delivery.

**2. Client Success:

- **
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction andretention.
- Develop and execute client success strategies, including onboarding, training, and ongoingsupport. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base to drive revenuegrowth.
- Analyze client feedback and work with internal teams to enhance product offerings and servicedelivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, positioning the company as a trusted partner.

**3. Sales Team Leadership:

- **
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to expand the client base for IT services and AI SaaS products.
- Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and generate qualified leads. Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.

**4. Financial Management (P&L):

- **

Understand and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for IT services and AI SaaS product lines.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. Work with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Ensure profitability by optimizing costs and maximizing revenue streams.

**5. Strategic Growth Initiatives:

- **
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s footprint.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation by exploring new business models, partnerships, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the company’s growth strategy.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in IT business operations, client success, and sales leadership.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services and AI SaaS products, with the ability to translatetechnical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing P&L and financial performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Team Structure:

- **IT Services Team**:A dedicated team of IT professionals responsible for delivering managedservices, cloud solutions, and technical support.
- **AI SaaS Product Team**:A team of developers, data scientists, and product managersfocused on building and enhancing AI-powered SaaS solutions.
- **Sales Team**:A high-performing sales team responsible for acquiring new clients and drivingrevenue growth.
- **Client Success Team**: A team of client success managers and support specialists ensuringclient satisfaction and retention.

- Operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
