**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **L1/L2 support** to address client user and vendor tickets related to:

- Software issues
- General user/vendor queries
- Data entry and operator-related tasks
- Support KAMs in:

- Managing client communications
- Tracking and reporting daily tasks and tickets
- Preparing training materials and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve software-related issues efficiently.

**Required Soft Skills**:

- High intent, hardworking, and street smart
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Stable and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi, English**, and local languages
- Ability to face clients confidently after some training and exposure

**Required Hard Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: BCA / MCA, BBA / MBA, BCom / MCom or other equivalent profiles
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years** of experience in:

- Working extensively with **Excel sheets**:

- Exposure to **Procure-to-Pay software tools**, **ERP systems**, or similar enterprise platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
