We offer a range of services including boarding, grooming, daycare, swimming pool and specialized pet care products. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our team and help us continue to exceed our clients' expectations.
**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Success Executive at PawsnCollars, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients and their pets have a seamless and delightful experience. Your role will involve engaging with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping to build and maintain strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new clients and their pets to our facility, providing them with a thorough introduction to our services and policies.
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide updates on their pets' stay and services.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome and client satisfaction.
- Service Optimization: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, suggesting additional services or products that could enhance their experience.
- Feedback Management: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and to enhance our service offerings.
- Client Retention: Develop strategies to foster client loyalty and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage client records, schedule appointments, and handle billing and payment processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer success or customer service role, preferably within the pet industry.
- Pet Knowledge: Strong understanding of pet care, behavior, and products. A genuine love for pets is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to address and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or the pet industry are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
