**Job Title**: Customer Success Executive
**Experience**: 0 to 1 year
**Working Hours**: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US East coast shift)
**About the Role**: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring clients receive outstanding support, proactive guidance, and value from our product.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, communicate well, and thrives in a client-centric environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and goals.
- Monitor customer health and proactively reach out to offer help or suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech) to resolve issues and relay feedback.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and progress using CRM tools.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working US East Coast hours (6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST)
- Proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
