**About the Role**:
As a Sales Support Executive at US Accounting Coach, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with lead management, client communication, CRM updates, and follow-ups. You’ll serve as a crucial link between prospective clients and our educational services, helping to streamline the sales process and ensure an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in converting leads into enrollments by following up promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information and interaction history.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies.
- Provide administrative support including preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and demo sessions with prospective clients.
- Respond to client queries and provide detailed information about our programs and offerings.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, follow-ups, response time).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales support or client service role (education or ed-tech industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in education or coaching sector.
- Knowledge of U.S. accounting or interest in learning about the industry.
- Ability to handle objections and help clients make informed decisions.
