**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Acquisition & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and marketing.
- Respond to inquiries and convert leads into potential buyers.
- Generate and maintain a list of prospective clients through research and client referrals.
2. **Property Sales**:
- Present, market, and sell residential or commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct property tours and open houses, and arrange site visits for potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
3. **Market Research & Strategy**:
- Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Provide market analysis to assist clients in understanding the current property market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
4. **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism.
5. **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasted revenue.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
6. **Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and necessary paperwork for property transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry (0-2 years preferred).
- Experience in selling [residential/commercial] properties.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Knowledge**:
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Understanding of property laws, regulations, and transaction processes.
**Key Competencies**:
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing time and priorities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
