**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through our process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call potential clients from the provided database and explain company services.
- Educate clients about government funding schemes, grants, and certification services.
- Handle client queries effectively and professionally.
- Follow up with clients regularly and ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain client data and records using basic Excel.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling/client handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and client-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic awareness of government schemes (10 days of training will be provided).
