**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Field Sales Executive** to join our sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to customers in designated territories, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned region.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings to close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Gather and provide feedback on customer needs and potential product improvements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively and professionally.
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on pending payments.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and client details.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of sales.
- Collaborate with other field sales executives to share best practices and strategies.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Sales or Marketing) are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in field sales or direct selling.
- Experience in [industry type - e.g., FMCG, IT, Consumer Goods, etc.] is preferred.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license (if required by the role).
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
