**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales objectives.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the Sales Manager.
- **Customer Acquisition**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Conduct regular visits to key customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Actively promote and sell the company's products and services to new and existing clients.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing details, and any promotional offers.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Identify emerging opportunities and areas for business development.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including pipeline status, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
- Document customer interactions, quotations, orders, and any follow-ups.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Feedback and Improvements**:
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and preferences to the product development or marketing team.
- Suggest improvements in sales processes and strategies.
- **Compliance and Policies**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all customer interactions.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).(Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- **Experience**:
2-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or similar roles, preferably within [industry].Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
- **Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasion skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
