**Job Title**: B2B Sales Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, including corporate clients, schools, event planners, and other business partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored car rental and employee transportation solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Eagle Connect’s B2B network.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to B2B clients.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in B2B sales in any similar industry (car rentals, employee transportation, travel, logistics, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in negotiation and client management.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the travel and transportation industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
