**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Understand and implement Flipkart catalog quality guidelines
Write rich product description using basic product information shared by sellers
Enhance product discoverability by selecting appropriate search keywords
Perform quality check (QC) of the created content
Create product catalogs on the Flipkart Web Site
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect the work done
Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
Good written and oral communication skills in English is essential
Experience in developing product catalog/website content/content developments desirable
Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform Root Cause Analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution
Ability to deal with ambiguity use discretion and judgment to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information
Demonstrate highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
Disciplined, with an ability to produce high quality work facing pressure of time constraints.
Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards

**Key Skills**
Deep Knowledge On MS Excel, Good Observational skill, Logical thinking, Advanced Excel prefered.
