HowToTell Your Child, is a social initiative of Yashram Brands where we help parents, schools & communities fight child sexual abuse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listing products on e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc within timelines.
- Create and review the product catalogs for clothing products which includes filling all the info about the product as per category guidelines & adding catalogue images as per image guidelines.
- Create new or modify existing processes to improve the productivity, efficiency and accuracy of the Catalog operation.
- Coordinate with various internal teams like Sourcing, E-Commerce, Marketing, Warehouse teams.
- Ensure that ongoing offers / promotions etc are accurately reflected on online marketplaces.
- Track KPIs of products to ensure visibility and sales.
- Identify opportunities and trends in market and highlight them internally.

**Required skills**:

- Education: Any graduate with good communication skills.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in catalog field.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and conclude data.
- High comprehension of using software like Microsoft word/Excel and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of image editing tools like Canva & Photoshop.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple phases (multi tasking).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
