**Position: Executive - G5 Compliance Operations**

Compliance is of paramount importance at Flipkart, Compliance is the process of making sure products and processes featuring on the website are adhering to the predefined laws and regulations that are in line with the government and the organization.

There are many compliance-related checks and balances that we are conducting today to ensure a cleaner and healthier platform, however, these projects are evolving exponentially basis the changing and ever-evolving compliance issues trending basis social media/PR, regulations, govt notifications, etc.

The employee is required to conduct all the compliance-related checks and balances to ensure platform sanity and hygiene, employee is required to follow the SOP and action accordingly.

The employee is responsible for auditing, delisting & whitelisting compliance listings need basis, and the employee should extend support on getting the compliance-related regulations implemented with the help and directions from the manager.
- The individual should have a sound understanding of operations, catalog, and compliance Audits.
- Maintenance of catalog quality as per the compliance guidelines.
- Follow ETA, TATs, and SOPs religiously.
- Manage Adhoc requests, QC tickets from seller support, and other internal teams and resolve them within a specific TAT.

**Key competencies**:

- Should have good verbal & written communication for interacting,
- Understanding compliance requirements.
- Self-learning skills and had to be a goal-oriented person.
- Should be able to navigate through ambiguity.

**Desired background**
- 0-2 years of experience in operations.
- Should be a product expert in catalog and compliance operations.
- Proficient in all MS Office tools.
- Education:

- Graduate any discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
