Catalog Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities.

1. Create and manage daily catalog operations that involve maintaining content quality and timely price checking.

2. Create new or modify existing processes to improve the productivity, TAT, efficiency and accuracy of the Catalog operation

3. Daily monitoring and maintaining the pricing in comparison to different marketplaces.

4. Coordinating with different teams for end-to-end catalog operations like Sales, Order Operations and Marketing

5. Populate 100% accurate content from various sources (Brand Websites, E commerce Portals, Product info Pages, Seller’s, Consumers, Companies, Subject Matter Experts) for specific as well as general information about the product through various channels (Verbal & Written communication, through on ground activities as well as through various online search techniques).

6. Timely checks for the catalogue images as per Image guidelines, to review product catalogs based on category guidelines and ensure that delivered data is 100% accurate and complete with a positive impact on customer experience.

7. Help/support the team members to resolve the technical & operational issues.

Skill Required
- A basic Understanding of E-commerce is a good to have
- Work in multiple roles and ensure proper execution
- Must have a positive attitude, highly organized and detail oriented personality
- MS office is a must skill set for this position

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Bengaluru - 560068, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
