The People Coordinator 3 applies good judgment by working with mínimal supervision to provide comprehensive human resources customer support to associates on various topics throughout the employment lifecycle. This role enables the Coordinator 3 to resolve moderately complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR service delivery. The position ensures high-quality service, providing services that may include but not limited to administration of employment documents and human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits and terminations.
What will you do:
- Participate in a range of HR support activities, including high volume, varied inquiries, compiling and distributing reports to various business partners, and escalating tickets to appropriate specialist as needed- Conduct research of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and relevant policies to ensure accurate information dissemination.- Utilize troubleshooting techniques to deliver end-to-end associate support for HR inquiries.- Process and administer HR employee forms such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, and terminations.- Enhance associate-facing and internal-facing knowledge base content by identifying gaps and documenting relevant information.- Support the execution of HR projects by providing necessary coordination and administrative assistance.- Interact with vendors for operational matters, logging issues, and providing first-level support using vendor-provided information.
