**Job Description of Academic Coordinator**
**Job Responsibility**:
- Student’s engagement activities - Internal and External events.
- Induction process of new batch.
- CRM Management and online portals.
- Manage and monitor infrastructure maintenance with coordination of office boys and connecting with vendors regarding any issue to Infrastructure.
- Maintaining and updating PM (Presenter Manual), Current role batch wise, Students performance report, all batch files, student assignment drives, batch Schedule files and bills.
- Scheduling Exams of Students.
- Sharing Attendance report of students weekly.
- Maintain Students Fees collection updates and calling.
- Placement coordination
**Skills Requirement**:
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
- Hardworking & sincere personality
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Language Fluency in English/Hindi/Marathi
**Experience Requirement**:Minimum Experience required is between 1 to 3 years.
