**About the team**
This role is a part of our **TPO Team - Recruitment Coordination.**
**What you bring**:
- 3+ Years of experience in end to end Recruitment coordination.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Experience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand Employment Law.
- Experience in a service business where excellent customer service was required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to adhere to professional standards, processes and strict confidentiality
**What you will be doing**:
- Conducts pre-employment background check and acquires all paperwork from new hires to obtain complete compliance.
- Maintains recruiting system for new hires and transfers and completes all necessary paperwork.
- Generates weekly reports related to Talent Acquisition.
- Responsible for background check invoice payments and tracking.
- Directs employee questions to appropriate team in HR or other area of the company.
- May coordinate signing bonuses, referral bonuses and relocation payments with payroll.
- Recognizes and recommends opportunities for process improvements.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
**Added bonus if you have**:
- Knowledge of financial services industry.
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
