Designation: Customer Service Project Administrator
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM / 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday fixed week offs)
Location: Shivranjani Cross Road, Ahmedabad
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Supporting projects to transform global Procurement activity, solutions, offerings and services to its customers, internal and external. This may include supporting programmes to improve Procurement systems, processes, policies, communications and ways of working.
2. Collating Procurement data and documentation from across divisions, liaising globally with others internally and externally if necessary (e.g. Procurement, Cyber Sec, Risk teams from across divisions)
3. Standardisation and “cleaning” of data, managing exceptions where necessary, to facilitate loading to common global databases and repositories.
4. Loading and maintenance of data and/or documentation in common databases/repositories.
5. User Access Management in systems implemented globally. This includes helping identify new users, gathering their details and helping arranging security-compliant access.
6. Support for Change Management activities, such as issuing training invitations, maintaining training attendance records and delivery of training.
7. Provision of customer service and support to day-to-day end users of Procurement’s systems and processes to help ensure successful project implementation including stabilization.

9. Any other reasonable and relevant tasks required to help Procurement implement and embed projects to achieve improvements and provide valuable service to our customers.
10. Other projects as and when required such as, process and system training, contract support administration, client support and co-ordinator.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
