**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Location: Ahmedabad**

**Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate with Sellers and Buyers**: Facilitate seamless communication between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth B2B transaction process.

**End-to-End Material Delivery**: Monitor and track the delivery of materials to ensure end-to-end fulfillment, addressing any issues that may arise during the process.

**Resolve Customer Queries**: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Maintain Customer Records**: Update and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring a comprehensive database for future reference and analysis.

**Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**: Graduates in any field, preferably with a B.Com degree.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

**Problem-Solving Ability**: Proven ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively.

**Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using customer support software, Microsoft excel, and other relevant tools.

**Freshers Welcome**: While experience is a plus, we welcome fresh graduates who are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
