Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a professional and organized atmosphere within our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves managing reception duties as well as providing administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and staff.
Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
Serve as a primary point of contact for general inquiries.
Office Coordination:
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain office efficiency and productivity.
Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate with building management for maintenance and facilities needs.
