We are seeking a professional, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist cum Admin to join our team at HealthX Plus. The ideal candidate will provide front-desk support, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. This is a role for the efficient functioning of the office, ensuring that visitors, clients, and staff have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries effectively.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Help with managing employee records, data entry, and maintaining confidential documents.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
Customer Service:
- Address client concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with scheduling or service-related questions.
- Provide a high level of service that aligns with HealthX Plus's commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service.
Data and Document Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized records, filing systems, and documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data privacy and document handling.
- Support the team in managing and tracking inventory, office equipment, and medical supplies.
