Reservation & Ticketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications using Galileo and Amadeus systems.
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and provide accurate information regarding fares, availability, and travel options.
- Ensure all bookings are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and fare structures.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to ticketing.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, providing prompt solutions and follow-up.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports related to ticketing activities.
- **Desired Skills**:
- Experience with other GDS systems or ticketing platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
