Reservation & Ticketing Executive

An airline ticket reservation agent helps customers book flights and manage reservations. They also provide information about flights, resolve customer issues, and process payments. Responsibilities
- **Reservations**: Book flights, reserve seats, and update passenger records
- **Customer service**: Answer questions, resolve complaints, and help passengers with special needs
- **Flight information**: Provide information about flight schedules, availability, pricing, and delays
- **Payments**: Process payments for tickets and additional services
- **Coordination**: Work with other airline staff and travel agencies
- **Baggage**: Help passengers check their baggage
- **Seat selection**: Help passengers choose or upgrade their seats
- **Trip planning**: Provide information about trip planning, car rentals, and tours
**Qualifications**:
- Customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- Experience working with an airline reservation system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
