Helpdesk Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, network, and hardware problems.
- Log, track, and document customer queries, issues, and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions for IT-related concerns.
- Perform basic system maintenance and updates as needed.
- Assist in setting up workstations, installing software, and configuring devices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service.
- Maintain records of recurring issues to identify patterns and suggest improvements.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with helpdesk software and remote support tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
