Please note the designation is “Helpdesk Executive” and He / She is responsible for managing and coordinating facilities-related requests, issues, and services for an organization.
At present only general shift duty is required for this role and duty time is from 8.30AM to 05.30PM, 6 days a week and Sunday is Weekly Off.
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Coordinate with facilities teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues.
3. Manage and track work orders, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
4. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in a ticketing system.
5. Escalate complex issues to seniors or management when necessary
6. Provide excellent customer service to employees, tenants, or visitors.
7. Communicate facilities information, updates, and announcements to stakeholders.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports on facilities activities.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, security, and management.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance facilities services.
11. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and work under pressure.
3. Basic knowledge of facilities management, maintenance, and operations.
4. Familiarity with facilities management software and ticketing systems.
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
7. Graduate from any stream.
