Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to customers using the SaaS product, addressing queries related to software functionality, features, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers through configuration settings and assist with onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates.
- Assist customers in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the SaaS solution.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner, catering to both technical and non-technical users.
- Update customers on issue resolution progress and provide follow-up as required
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond appropriately.
**Must Requirement**:
- Should be willing to work in Canadian shifts
- Team worker and ready to meet client's expectations as promised (This includes working on weekends - if needed and urgent).
- Fluent in English Communication (Verbal and Written), additional language skills will be an advantage, and should have Customer Service abilities.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Will able to do night shifts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
