**About Keepsake**:
Keepsake is an innovative and rapidly growing consumer product from India's largest self-publishing platform, Notion Press. Keepsake offers users the unique ability to transform their cherished memories into beautiful photo books. We are expanding our product line to many exciting products in the near future.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Engagement**:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce and sell Keepsake products.
- Utilize discounts and special offers to encourage purchases, helping users understand the value of Keepsake products.
2. **Customer Support**:
- Assist users with any queries or challenges they may encounter during the photo book creation process.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure a smooth user experience.
3. **Product Education**:
- Educate users about the features and benefits of Keepsake products, including photo books, photo frames, and upcoming offerings.
- Help users explore creative ways to make the most out of Keepsake’s features.
4. **Customer Insight Collection**:
- Identify and document customer pain points, decision-making criteria, and feedback
- Communicate these insights to the product team to contribute to the continuous improvement of Keepsake products.
**Internship Details**:
- Duration: Flexible (Half-day or Full-day) 2-3 months
- Half-day shifts are available from 9 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 6 PM.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship. Rs.5000/per month for part-time / 10k for full-time
