**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including troubleshooting technical issues, updating course materials, and ensuring all content is up-to-date and accessible to students.
- Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, providing timely and accurate responses to non-academic questions.
- Collaborate with instructors to schedule live sessions and ensure they run smoothly.
- Monitor student progress and engagement within the LMS, providing regular updates to instructors and management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to LMS operations.

- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, instructors, and colleagues.
