- Job Title: IT Operation Associate
- Location: Onsite at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the organization’s Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux systems, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
- Implement IT policies and systems to streamline operations and optimize workflow.
- Ensure data integrity and security for all systems, implementing necessary protocols and measures.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system administration and operation processes.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM systems, showing strong grasp and operational capabilities.
- Hands-on experience operating and managing Linux environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored for delivering technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, providing swift resolutions and ensuring mínimal disruption to services.
- Monitor system performance and conduct necessary routine maintenance to prevent technical issues.
