Role Summary

As an 
Operations Associate
, you will be at the core of Sipwise's daily execution — ensuring that every customer order is fulfilled on time, every product shipped meets our quality standards, and our inventory stays accurate and well-tracked. This is a hands-on role covering 
order fulfillment, customization, inventory management, quality checks, and basic assembly support
.

You'll be responsible for keeping operations smooth end-to-end — from the moment an order is placed to the moment it reaches the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order fulfillment across 
    Shiprocket, Amazon, Flipkart
    , and other channels.
  • Handle 
    customization workflows
     (laser engraving / UV printing) in-house or with vendors.
  • Pack, track, and dispatch orders accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain inventory records on 
    Zoho and Excel
    , conduct stock audits, and flag shortages.
  • Perform 
    quality checks
     on raw materials and finished products.
  • Support basic 
    assembly of smart bottle components
     and conduct functionality testing.
  • Coordinate with courier partners and vendors to resolve operational issues quickly.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience
     in operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Prior exposure to order processing, inventory management, or QC strongly preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets; Zoho knowledge is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized in handling day-to-day tasks.
  • Comfortable with product handling, tools, and structured workflows.
  • Strong ownership mindset — ensuring tasks are completed end-to-end.
  • Ability to work in a 
    fast-paced startup environment
     and meet deadlines.

Performance Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment.
  • Reliability of inventory records and stock audits.
  • Quality pass rate of dispatched products.
  • Responsiveness in handling vendor/logistics issues.

What We Offer

  • Fixed monthly compensation of 
    ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
     (based on experience).
