**Position Overview**:
We have an urgent opening for freshers in our Operations team based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working in rotational shifts, including three night shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning.
- Coordinate with various departments to support operational activities.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- **Data Management**:

- Collect, process, and analyze operational data.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate and timely information.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- **Shift Management**:

- Work in rotational shifts, including three night shifts per week.
- Ensure smooth handover between shifts and maintain continuity of operations.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
