- Process Associate

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. Proficiency in basic Excel, excellent written and spoken English, and accurate typing skills are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and thorough information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Use basic Excel skills to input, organize, and analyze customer-related data as needed.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when typing (35 words per minute with 95% accuracy or above).
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken English.

**Requirements**:
An HSC / diploma or equivalent with experience, a bachelor’s degree, or relevant certification is preferred.
- Proficient in basic Excel functions, including data entry and simple data management.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in customer service role is a plus.
- **Shift Timing
- 6.30pm to 3.30am**:

- **5 days working and 9hr Shift**:

- **Own vehicle would be prefered**

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
