**Job description**

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team to assist with day to day task & business operations. You should have Operations Reporting experience with SQL, Excel / Google Spreadsheets. Operations Associate responsibilities include completed designated task and reports on time, coordinate with different teams to meet and deliver the reports and request on time.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

We are looking forward to the following from you:

- Generate and analyze customer reports and prioritize necessary task
- Being detail-oriented as you will be creating and updating reports that will affect customer retention.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet the deliverables
- Run routine queries and checks to detect variations in the data and notify internal teams
- Verify system generated reports and deliver them on time to meet the agreed upon SLA
- Strong verbal communication skills to effectively covey requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Excel / Google Spreadsheets, HTML
- Good reporting and documenting skills.
- Good communication skill
- Pin point anomalies in data issue and good problem solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple task
- You must be Initiative, Proactive, and Self-motivated and pay attention to details.
- Good mathematical foundation.
- Worked in a similar role would be preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, On-site, 5 day week

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
