_**Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay**_
- _**Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival**_
- _**Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in**_
- _**Coordinate luggage collection and storage**_
- _**Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions**_
- _**Promptly address guests’ requests, like in-room dining**_
- _**Actively listen to and resolve complaints**_
- _**Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services**_
- _**Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns**_
- _**Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options**_
- _**Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered**_
- _**Manage guest relations team (including Receptionists and Concierges) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures**_
- _**Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports**_
- _**Liaise with **_**Housekeepers**_ **and **_**Wait Staff**_ **to provide an overall comfortable guest experience**_
- _**Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress**_
- _**Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings**_
- _**Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see**_
- _**Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients**_

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
