**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers in **China** for company products.
- Manage **end-to-end import process** — from vendor communication to shipment delivery.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and shipment schedules with Chinese vendors.
- Coordinate with **freight forwarders, CHA agents, and customs** for timely import clearance.
- Handle **product sourcing, quality check, and sample approvals** from China.
- Maintain and expand the **network of Chinese vendors / agents / Alibaba contacts**.
- Prepare import-related documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.).
- Track shipments and manage import costing, duty, and logistics follow-up.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **importing goods from China** (minimum 1 years).
- Must have **existing vendor connections / sourcing network** in China.
- Good understanding of **customs procedures and import documentation**.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (English mandatory, Chinese language is a plus).
- Knowledge of Alibaba, Made-in-China, or other sourcing platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
