**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive
**Location**: Malakpet, Hyderabad

**Commitment**: Minimum 2-year commitment required (Annual Hike applicable).

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹30,000 per month
- **Standard Incentives**: Starting from ₹9,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound voice process calls targeting UK/USA regions to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service by proactively addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Contribute to achieving sales or service goals through professional communication and engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in handling voice processes for international markets (UK/USA).
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards work.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (B.Tech C.S.E/IT is mandatory).
- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in a similar role, particularly in outbound voice processes.
- Residing within a 12-km radius of the Malakpet office location or willing to relocate to nearby hostels.
