**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Customer Relationship Executive** with exceptional communication skills and a technical background to manage **outbound voice processes** for our UK and USA clients. This is a dynamic role for a self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude, committed to building lasting client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Interaction: Manage outbound voice calls to UK and USA clients, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries or issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Process Improvement: Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of client expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Training and Development: Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and market trends to provide the best client solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company protocols, ensuring calls meet quality and compliance standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, performance metrics, and key insights for management review.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Mandatory**: Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science/Engineering** or **Information Technology (B.Tech C.S.E/IT)**.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in outbound voice processes or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

A minimum **2-year tenure** with the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
