**Job Description: Customer Support Associate**
**Position Overview**:
As a customer support associate [, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers who speak Hindi & English. Your primary responsibility is to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction through various communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, providing accurate information, guidance, and solutions to ensure timely resolution.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. **Fluency in Kannada**: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Hindi& English are essential for effective interaction with customers in Hyderabad.
2. **Customer Service Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
**Education and Experience**:
- Graduation qualification is required.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Working Conditions**:
- The position may involve working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide round-the-clock customer support coverage.
- Customer Support Executives may work in an office environment or remotely, depending on the company's policies and requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
