**Job Description - Customer Support Associate**

**Location**: Full-time position, Hyderabad.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Should have interest in talking with customers over the calls
- Should have interest to work Infront of computer and respond nutrition queries over chat.
- Gathering In Depth knowledge of our products and explaining the same to our customers.
- Communicating with customers by assessing their health, exercise routine, and food habits.
- Accordingly, suggesting relevant nutrition products.
- Developing content to educate customers about our products better.

**Skill Set**:

- Should possess computer literacy.
- Good Communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a Customer Support role is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Hindi (required)
