**Requirements**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a CSR Executive. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Head to plan, coordinate, and implement CSR initiatives that align with our organizational values and make a meaningful impact on society. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher who is eager to start their career in social impact and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in designing and executing CSR programs and campaigns in line with company goals.
- Support in planning and implementing community outreach, sustainability, and education initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, and external stakeholders for effective program delivery.
- Track and maintain records of CSR activities and prepare reports for internal and external communication.
- Support volunteer engagement and employee participation in CSR events.
- Help in creating content for CSR updates, reports, newsletters, and social media.
- Assist with audits, impact assessments, and documentation of CSR outcomes.

**Desired Skills and Attributes**

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of CSR concepts and sustainability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Humanities, or related fields.
