**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing patient volume, hospital visibility, and brand awareness.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write, edit, and proofread content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, blog posts, and press releases.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the hospital’s brand voice and mission.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Help organize and promote hospital events, such as health fairs, community outreach programs, and seminars.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing events.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Assist in conducting market research to understand the needs and preferences of the community and target patient demographics.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools, and provide insights for improvement.
- **Patient Engagement**:

- Develop patient engagement strategies to enhance communication with patients and families through newsletters, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
- Work with clinical teams to promote hospital services and special programs to both existing and prospective patients.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the hospital's branding guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Work closely with the sales, public relations, and clinical teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
- Assist in fostering relationships with local healthcare providers and businesses to increase referrals and partnership opportunities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
