**Location: Pune, Kondhwa**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**: Work closely with sales representatives to understand client needs and assist in preparing tailored solutions that align with those needs.

**Solution Development**: Assist in the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and demos that showcase our products and services effectively.

**Technical Expertise**:Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support during the sales process, answering client questions and addressing concerns.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to gather technical information and ensure alignment with client requirements.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of client interactions and presales activities in CRM systems.

**Training Support**:Assist in training sales teams on product features and benefits, enhancing their ability to sell effectively.

**Outreach**: Make 50-70 calls per day to prospective clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on leads.

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

**This is an On-site role in Pune. No WFH.**
