Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Project Associate to join our digital marketing team. As a Junior Project Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Support: Assist the digital marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- SEO Optimization: Support the implementation of search engine optimization strategies by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring keyword rankings.
- Campaign Analytics: Collect and analyze data from digital marketing campaigns, extract insights, and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to support digital marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Website Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the company's website, ensuring content accuracy, user experience, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay Up-to-date: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and actively contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the team's performance.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Internship: Must have digital marketing internship experience of 4months or more
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Self-Motivation: Strong initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and driving them to completion.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
