**Job Title**: Customer Service - Freight Forwarding
**Location**: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
**Experience**: 1 to 3 Years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and freight-related queries.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, customs agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery and clearance of shipments.
- Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.
- Assist in customs clearance and compliance with export/import regulations.
- Maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle billing and follow-ups for payments.
- Support internal teams by providing accurate reports and updates on shipment status.
- Escalate critical issues to higher management when required.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and workflows.

**Skills & Requirements**:
✔ Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related customer service role
✔ Good understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and shipping processes
✔ Strong communication skills - written and verbal (English mandatory, regional languages a plus)
✔ Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving capabilities
✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✔ Team player with a collaborative approach
✔ Prior experience with freight forwarding software/tools is a plus
✔ Willingness to work in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
