**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**: Oversee the efficient operation of the office by maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating facility maintenance.
- **Document Management**: Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, and assist with planning internal and external events.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Input data into databases, prepare regular reports, and assist with the creation and analysis of business documents and presentations.
- **Support to Leadership**: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget reporting, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes across the organization.
- **Compliance & Policies**: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations, and help with onboarding new employees as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
